Be cautious about the thoughts you tolerate from yourself.
If they don’t serve you or the vision you have for yourself, lose them!

The more attention you give certain thought patterns (even subconsciously), the stronger they get. When an idea or sentiment occurs, you can choose to feed it by giving it attention or you recognize it’s there but you kind of ignore it.

Not everything you tell yourself is true!
So take a moment to observe and evaluate what’s going on inside of you and ask yourself if it’s in your best interest to feed it or leave it because the more you feed it, the stronger the beast will get. 😉

When you discover that the record which is playing is not serving you, you have the power to
get rid of it by no longer giving it any attention and redirecting your focus towards more uplifting and energizing thoughts that contribute to you feeling great about yourself and doing what you love.

Easy how that works, right!?
